Our strengths are our Chefs. Starting out as we did placing chefs, our website is busier and as is now attracting profiles from Engineers, Butlers and Chief Stews. So if we can assist in other areas of your recruitment we would be only to pleased help.
SELECTION PROCESS
"Getting it right first time" is our motto. When we send you a candidates profile we ask direct questions that provoke the right answers. Put a Chef in the right environment and they will create masterpieces. Get it wrong, well that’s not an issue we know about!
YOUNG BLOOD
Etiquette Chefs receive CVs from Chefs who have found our website wanting to join the yachting industry.
We are happy to discuss how these positions work and ask them to complete a questionnaire to find out their strengths and weaknesses.
Not all chefs are cut out for a life on the pontoon so we do our very best to fish out those that can. We only then accept them on our database.
